Privacy policy

This policy explains how AI Panther ("we") handles personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Last updated: 25 June 2026.

What we collect

When you submit the demo/contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company (optional) and message. When analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics (only after you accept cookies) to understand how the site is used; it may set cookies and collect aggregated usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and contact you about it. We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.

Document processing

Where we run document automation for a client, processing happens on the client's own machine or environment, and source documents are not uploaded to or stored by us unless explicitly agreed in a separate contract.

Sharing & retention

We do not sell your data. Form submissions may be processed by our email/form provider purely to deliver the message to us. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for our records, then delete it.

Your rights (DPDP Act)

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@aipanther.in.

Grievance officer

For any questions or grievances about how your personal data is handled, our Grievance Officer can be reached at info@aipanther.in. We respond within the timelines required under the DPDP Act.
